King Price is as cheap as their service!

I called to cancel my policy because I sold the policy. Andre the retention advisor has the audacity to ask me whether "I am sure" I sold the cars. I tell him i am going through a divorce. He refuses to believe that I sold my cars and I tell him should stop calling me dishonest and then he says i dont have to be hash with him because I am going through a divorce and asks if i am always like this. He continues to refuse to cancel my policy because I am not telling him the truth. I have never in my life experienced such rude and inconsiderate service! Bad service I would remain quiet about but this is more than bad and I will advise people not to insure with King Price if this is how they treat people, let alone people going through a bad patch.
