King Price is a ****! King Price does not settle med-large claims.

132 days/ 4.5 months since I lodged my claim and King Price is still ignoring me!

I have begged King Price to work my claim, I have provided them with every document/ info they required... But I'm still being ignored!

I know my case manager is alive as she keeps posting on social media.... So what's with the radio silence?!

As a result of King Price not settling my claim, I have been forced to send my young children to live with their step father as I have nearly no belongings left with which to cook food or even wash clothing.

Also important to note: since the day I reported the fire damage to King Price in early August this year, there has been NO assessor on site. No one has come out to assist me.

I have literally been ignored by King Price.

Based on the above, I will likely be spending Christmas without my children. I have nothing to offer them, not even bedding to sleep in - all thanks to King Price refusing to handle my claim without explanation.

4.5 months into the claim process....and I have been seemingly ****med. I have been diligently paying my premiums, so my money is good enough to take but not enough to be taken seriously it seems.

I feel so lost and confused by King Price's 'handling' of my claim. I feel ****med and worse still; they are the sole reason why I can't be with my children this Christmas. I can ever forgive them for this.

Would I recommend King Price to friends and family? Not even if you paid me.

This is ABSOLUTE TORTURE!!!!

I wouldn't wish King Price on my worst enemy.
