King price is a *****.

I am writing this letter of complaint to king price regarding the unsatisfactory service I have experienced with your king price and their representative.

I recently registered a claim with king price for an accident I had on the 3rd December 2023 with my I20 hyundai and I was advised by Mfundo from the legal department/claims department that management rejected the claim, furthermore my contract was cancelled as a result of being suspected that I was drinking & driving. Mfundo scheduled to meet up with me where I am residing. During our meeting he was discussing what he found during his investigation regarding the accident and that he spoke to other sources that were there on the scene of the accident. He told me that the driver who I was involved in an accident with wrote on her accident report that I was drunk, and I also had passengers in the car. He further mentioned that also the other sources confirmed that I was drunk, and I had passengers in the car.

I made it clear to him that I do not drink&drive, on the day of the scene I did not consume any alcohol, there was no proof that I was drinking and driving because my statements did not show that I bought alcohol on the day of the incident, and I had no passages. He was disrespectful and made threats that I am working for a financial institution, if I am not honest, I can lose my job and I will be cancelled by your company. I asked him if he had interviewed my witnesses most especially the towing guy since he was the one assisting me before my friends came. he said he did not get hold of any of them, all numbers did not go through, and I might also have told them to say I was not drunk. How is this fair? What was the whole purpose for the investigation? The other driver was being dishonest that I was drunk and resentful because I refused to pay for her medical bills and her access amount for her insurance provider because I did not want to make offers until the claim process was done. But Mfundo was on that other driver side kept insisting I should say I was drunk

I have been king price client for close to 5 years and when it came to claiming for the car, I always got problems. The first claim I lodged with king price was in August where I also got into an accident. My car was booked in with a repairer to be repaired. The repairer brought back the car not completely fixed because the cars alignment was not aligned, and they were informed by king price to only fix the bumper and fender then take the car to align. I returned my car to the repairer 2 times before the issue was resolved on the car. king price disappointed me countless times as a client and did not get the service that I deserve.
