Dear King Price Team,

I have been a loyal client for over 10 years, maintaining uninterrupted insurance coverage throughout this period. On 11/07/2025, I requested that my current vehicle be removed from my policy effective 18 July 2025. However, the consultant processed the removal effective immediately, despite my clear instruction.

I was later informed that this was due to a technical issue on your side, which has prevented the correction of the effective date. I find it deeply concerning that I am now being held responsible for an error that originated within your system, despite having paid my full premium and communicated my request in good faith.

This experience has left me feeling that my decade-long loyalty and consistent payments are not being valued. I respectfully request that this matter be escalated and resolved urgently, with the correct effective date app**** as originally instructed.
