I wanted insurance for a new car I wanted to buy but there was problems with the car. I have been calling and emailing for 3 weeks strait. Always getting we will call you back or the operators are busy. All I wanted was to with hold on the insurance as I did not take the car.
They debited the pro rata on the insurance and I withdrew the order and called again and again as well as emailed to cancel the debid and the insurance but still they debit me and do not come back to me this is the weakest most **** service I ever had with any company and I still don't get a reply from them
