King Price Insurer from Hell!!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the abysmal service I've received from King Price Insurance. My car was involved in an accident late September 2023, and the nightmare began when I entrusted them to handle the repairs.

Firstly, the quote provided to the dealer by King Price was inaccurate and incomplete, resulting in only partial repairs to my vehicle. Shockingly, they even supp**** the repair shop with the wrong parts, prolonging the agony of having my car properly fixed. It's baffling that a supposedly reputable insurance company could make such basic errors in their claims process. On top of all that the dealer that they took the car to for repairs did a horrible job with the repairs we had to leave the car the in order for them to repaint the car as the paint job done was **********, the boot was not fixed correctly and is now leaking when it rains, the pain job is still shoddy there is just to much to mention honestly.

To make matters worse, my attempts to contact King Price regarding these issues have been met with complete silence from our assessor. Three separate attempts to communicate with Mogomotsi Makhanane have been utterly ignored, leaving me feeling abandoned and frustrated.

I cannot stress enough how deeply unsatisfied I am with King Price Insurance. Their lack of attention to detail, failure to provide accurate quotes, and total disregard for customer communication have made this experience nothing short of a nightmare.

If you're considering King Price Insurance, my advice is to steer clear unless you enjoy subpar service, incomplete repairs, and being left in the dark by your insurance provider. My trust in this company has been shattered, all I want is for King Price to get my car fixed to completion as they should.
