King Price Insurance will find excuses not to PAY

I am Itumeleng Mokgako and I have short-term insrance policy with King Price.<br> I joined the 1 October 2014. My ID is ***, my phone number is ***. I had on accident on the 5th October 2015 and I registered a claim with King Price. My Road side assistance towed my car, An Assessor by the name of Emile came to my office to disciss the claim. I then received a call that the damages are just over R67K and I will have to pay 20% towards a new tyre and all is well. a vehicle was arranged for me. The accident and the information was accepted by King Price Claim department. To my surprise I was told there is a problem because during the time I was in the process of Joining I said something that was contrudictory and that is why my claim is rejected. something about a recorded convesation. I gave King Price permission to go through my short-term insuarance history and there is a problem they can verify it with me. There were no problem and I joined King Price and now that I have to claim for repairs I am told this nonsense. I asked for the recordings with I still do not have. I am now sitting with a bill of R10000.00 to have my car relesed from the West Rand Panel beaters.
