King Price Insurance: Unprofessional and Disrespectful Treatment

I had a very disappointing experience with my claim at King Price. insurance they seem great when you're paying your monthly premiums, but the real test comes when you actually need to use their service. The claims assessor assigned to my case was neither polite nor respectful. She treated us in a very unprofessional and dismissive manner, calling repeatedly to ask the same questions over and over. She even requested our bank statements and personal details, questioning why we were driving on the N1, as if trying to catch us in a lie. Ultimately, she managed to reject our claim, finding an excuse to deny coverage. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend King Price and would advise others to avoid them.
