King price insurance - unable to rectify their mistakes

I have just found out that somebody has taken a car insurance with king price using my Identity number and my first name. However the address, last name, vehicle make and registration is not mine mine. consulting the company, requesting proof that i took the policy and asking them remove the account from the credit bureau was fruitless. The 2 agents that assisted me twice were just useless and full of attitude. It is affecting my Affordability every time i apply for any form of credit.

They need to remove the falsely stated insurance policy under my credit profile.
