I wanted to cancel my premium because of unemployment that I recently got fired from my sales job and not having enough funds. Simon Scott gave me a call on the 21st of November from retention office willing to help me cancel my premium, at the end I never canceled my premium because he proved to me that it’s a good thing to always help in the house hold n to help my mother is a good thing, that not any 22 year old boy does here outside. I still got my house hold insurance and I won’t cancel it because Simon Scott gave me some good advice that an grown up does and staying with king price insurance will stay a positive attitude on my side
