Disappointing service, i am insured with them, had a claim with them, they took my phone in through a company called Phonetradr....they fixed my phone and i was told that the phone fixed properly, i started experiencing problems with the phone, i called King to inform them about the problem, i was told someone will follow up, 3 weeks down the line no one has actually bothered to call me back....

They decided to call me at last, they took my phone in to be repaired for the second time with same supplier Phonetradr....i received a call this morning from a guy called Shaun telling me that they had to replace a motherboard, meaning i am now using a total rebuilt phone while i am paying a premium of R471 for my phones.....they do not value their customers as they claim on social media and adverts... Disgusted
