King Price Insurance Refusing to pay out even though picture proof sent to them

On the 20th of January my factory was broken into. The ******* broke open the lock to my gate, and gained access. Picture proof of this was submitted to King Price Insurance. The ******* then broke open my borehole pump cage, and stole the borehole pump. A SAPS case was opened and a claim was submitted.

King Price declined the offer, stating the following:

We regret to advise that your claim has been rejected inter-alia due to the following reason which may not necessarily be deemed to be exhaustive: Theft cover for your building is subject to forcible violent entry. This means that theft is only covered if there is forcible entry to the premises, which did not occur. We have no option but to decline liability for the loss being claimed.

So the fact that they forced open the lock, using force and, dare I say it, violence is not enough for them. They also forced open the cage that holds the borehole pump.

We appealed the outcome and again the claim was denied, citing the same reasons.

We pay insurance for a reason, and it feels like King Price Insurance is looking for flimsy reasons not to pay out.
