King Price Insurance POOR Service rendered.

I had an emergency on the 14th April 2018 where I needed to utilise the Roadside assist feature rendered by King Price Insurance as I am a paying client. My vehicle broke down and I urgently required to tow the vehicle to the nearest dealership which was under 1km away . I called in at approximately 8:20am . The representive assured me that withing half an hour a tow van and truck will be dispatched . A tow van was required to tow the vehicle out of a boomed underground parking and there after to be placed on a roll back. I received notification that the tow van has been dispatched at 9:42am. There after the consultant called to advise that their tow service provider cancelled the appointment. She then advised that another tow service has been dispatched . I advised her that the dealer closes at 12:00am . I tried calling back King Price 5 times at 11am from a recorded line . All 5 times consultans answered and hug up on the opposite end . The tow truck arrived at 11:30am with no tow van or knowledge or the request. They wanted to tow my van on the roll back out of a lowered ba*****t parking . I refused as there was no way possible that the van could have came out the exit on a truck without being smashed . They physically pushe'd my van out the ba*****t . Thereafter the towtruck towing mechanism failed to work . I tried calling king price several times again and they hung up. There after they called me and advised me that the tow truck driver gave them feedback that they already towed my van and they done whereas their truck was broken and in was not assisted yet. The communication between the insurer and their service provider is pathetic and based on dishonesty. The communication between the insurer and the insured is minimal to nothing . The turn around time for response on emergency services is scary and drearful . After the dealership closed a second tow van arrived and transported my vehicle . They attached the tow cable to my vehicle control arm . Possibly damaged it as well . In conclusion King Price is sale orientated, lacks communication, renders a poor service , have dreadful response times and doesn't treat clients with honesty and integrity .
