King Price Insurance Poor Service!!!

I lodged a tyre and rim claim with Kingprice on the 23rd of February. To my surprise my tyre and rim benefit was cancelled. I made it clear that I did not cancel the benefit. Kingprice mentioned that they will listen to the recorded calls and investigate. On the 28/29 February and the 1ts of March I followed up on the investigation the agents were transferring my call from one department to another without any clear answer. In the mean time my tyre is still not fixed, followed up on a daily basis with no avail, Today the 08th of March Kingprice said they investigated and found out that indeed I did not cancel the tyre and rim benefit. But I still cannot claim because it shoes as cancelled on my profile. No one can help everyone just keeps an transferring my calls. What kind of service is this not happy at all!!!!!
