King price insurance or legal?

On Sunday the 24th of September 2023 I was involved in a car accident with a King Price client. I was travelling along Joe Mzamane street in Kwa - Thema when their client failed to stop at a Stop sign on Mojela Street and i hit him on the driver's side. He's explanation was that all the vehicles infront of me were turning left on Mojela street, so he assumed that i was turning too even though i was never indicating to. This morning i was informed that my claim was rejected because "I failed to hoot (which i did by the way until impact) or flash my lights to warn their client. That i am also responsible for causing the accident. How am I supposed to fix my bakkie when its the only thing i used to put food on the table. I heard complaints about King price but now i experienced it myself. Terrible service, they even spelled my secont name wrong in the email they sent this morning. My name is Cebo not Tebo OKAY!! I will NEVER recommend this insurance to anyone Never!!!
