King Price Insurance not transparent with Vehicle Claims

I am so sick of King Price Insurance. It has been over month that I put in a claim and have received no transparency on my claim. After daily calls to follow up, I sit on call centres but still get no answers. Today I find out my claim has been approved, but for a cheap quote that was not discussed with me in any way? Do clients not get updated on their own vehicle? Worst is, someone knocked me so King Price would claim from another insurance, yet the service is dismal and I have received no assistance with this claim. I'm a new client with King Price but at this point, with this type of dismal customer service and robotic process automations that don't work, I'm going back to Momentum.
