King Price insurance not good at all

On the 11th of December 2019 My wife had an accident with Honda Accord which I am a comprehensive policy holder king price fixed the car but refused to pay the third party saying the insurance follows the car not the car so as a policy holder I an not happy with King price insurance they say my wife was not covered while they told me anyone can drive the car. This has been going for long they say my wife should pay the third party from her own pocket. Interesting thing is they called my wife and say her work insurance should pay the third party damages, but her work insurance said honda is not in their work insurance they only cover polo vivo which is the car my wife owns and she is not a regular driver. I took the case to ombudsman but the recommendations was the same that my wife insurance should pay the third party damages. This has been going too long now and it frustrates how do I pay insurance and now I have to pay from my own pocket, I really need help with this I want to cancel this king price insurance because it does not give me peace of mind as they promise. If someone can help here please do because I am fed up with king price. I did not save for the R60700 the third party insurance is looking for. Please help ⁷
