KING PRICE INSURANCE IS THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY IN SA

The most *********** and uncommunicative insurance company in this country. I had a personal insurance claim and all that had to be done was for my phone (which broke) to be collected. I called them two weeks prior about this and I was assured that the courier company that they trust would get this done asap. Two weeks later and I still have the phone THEY need to validate my claim and every time I send them an email to air my grievance and request feedback, they simply ignore it or make ANOTHER set of empty promises. Their service is abhorrent and they deserve to be shut down for the way they treat their clientele. I will be canceling my policy with them immediately.
