King Price Insurance - Very slow

<div>My first time with car insurance was with king price and I regret it, my car was involved in a car accident but was not badly damaged however i placed a claim with my insurance on the 1st of December till today 7th January my claim is still hanging with no clarity as to when will it be fixed. They called me second week of December giving me a breakdown on how much the claim will be and what parts are needed, they approved the claim on the 21st of December, and I've been following up with the processes and they busy giving me the run around first I was told AUTO Haus panel beater will fix my car then I received a call from Avant-Garde saying they received an email from king price they will be fixing my car when I called them the following day they said they don't know about my car because they haven't received it I then called king price they the gave me Auto Haus Number this is what ****ed me off even worse, I'm busy making follow up with them they don't update me on anything and when I do they giving me the run around as if they not sure what the status of my car is, now if this is how they handle small claims what makes them think I'll stay with them and trust them with any other car claims I might have in the future, I'm so disgusted and angry this is purely *******. When I called the panel beater they tell me they waiting for parts from my insurance then I called them today they tell me they just sent the email to order for my parts honestly now this is the second month waiting for only a suspension to be fixed ai **** it. </div>
