King Price Insurance is Pathetic

<p>You are by far the most pathetic insurance company I have dealt with in my life with the most arrogant, untrained staff in the industry. I am happy to sever my professional ties with yourselves and I shudder to think what would have happened if I had to claim on one of my policies with yourselves. Good riddance to bad *******. Firstly you promised to look into the fact that you calculated my monthly premium incorrectly. THAT WAS A YEAR AGO - YOU DID NOTHING. When I eventually cancelled my policy, it took you a MONTH to respond to my cancellation letter and you only woke up when your attempts to (*******y) debit my account was unsuccessful. Like I said, good luck to the people insured with you. If this is how you treat someone who doesn`t claim... what happens when there is a claim?????</p>
