King Price insurance is NOT Reliable

At King Price, we've been your clients for over six years, and I am greatly disappointed by the service we've received. Our car is having an issue with the turbo, and after providing a full diagnostic report, your consultant still insists that we provide pictures of the damaged parts as per “policy”, which would mean that the dealership has to strip the entire vehicle without approval on the quote, the cost of which will need to be carried by us and we are not even guaranteed that the repairs will be approved post this exercise. Surely a full diagnostic report is sufficient to determine the damage. You've made a lot of money off us, and I’m honestly appalled by the way you treat your clients.

I am extremely frustrated with the requirements you’ve set for this repair approval. Who is expected to cover the cost of stripping the vehicle if there is no guarantee that you will approve the claim? This is completely unreasonable.
This is a Mercedes, and their diagnostic technology provides clear evidence of the damage. We have a report from a registered and accredited Mercedes service provider stating that the issue is with the turbo exhaust gas system. Yet, you’re suggesting that an image alone is enough to determine this? That makes absolutely no sense.
Your approach to this matter is impractical and unworkable. Please provide a reasonable solution. This is ridiculous!!!!!!

Honestly how will you see on an image that the turbo exhaust GAS system is damaged????
