King Price Insurance is *********** when it comes to claims

<p>I am very not happy with your service off late. I have been in an accident on the 1st of March the process was dragging till my car was involved in another accident on the 27th.</p> <p>I am very upset because when I call to follow up on a claim, I am always told so and so is still busy with it, we will give you a call before the end of the day, but your staff never get back to me. When one call to do a follow up, they want to know what exactly are they busy with. And its the same as when you call to make a claim for an hour then your airtime goes off, they never get back to you, until you back again tomorrow and you have to start afresh AGAIN. In the name of high call volume something like that. I cant call at 9am and at 16:00 you still haven't got a chance to return back to me.<br />I know you probably have high number of customers now, but I stayed in King Price loyally even when I got cheaper quotes because of your good service, but its sad that I cant say that anymore now</p> <p>I have a toddler, I am so not coping without my car, I am struggling with the taxis.
