King Price Insurance is A No-Go.

What a bunch of *******. So, my vehicle was damaged by a 3rd party and King Price client. I was asked to get quotes for the damage. I recieved a quote from a trusted King Price panel shop who quoted me R40000.00 for the damage. 4 weeks and many emails later, I received a "Full and Final Settlement Cash Offer" of R19 000.00. After engaging with the King Price legal department, I was told that their "trusted" service provider had over-quoted on the job and had referred my case back to their accessor. This is now 3 months since putting in my claim. I called my insurance, SANTAM, and they immediately issued repair instructions. Now I know why I am with the best.
