King Price Insurance is a joke. Bad service & managers like Theo are useless.

I had 2 tyre burst on the 01 December 2018 and their service was EXTREMELY POOR. I ended up sleeping in a police station 370km from home. The following day I bought the tyres and fitted them at my own expense.

Guess what, I made many many calls ever since the incident and I was told “sorry”. I sent a couple of emails to their complaints department and general enquiries with no response.

A guy from roadside assistance by the name of Theo (manager) gave me a call and asked me to furnish him with the proof of payment. When I thought I will receive a refund for the money I spent, Theo never responded to any of my emails and every time I phoned I was told he’s on another call he will come back to me shortly which never happened on all occasions.

They don’t care about people.
