King Price Insurance is a fat joke

have After submitting a claim on the 4th of April 2023, and waiting for it to get approved. it finally gets approved3 weeks later. then they send me the card so i can replace my item almost another week later, only to find that the card keeps declining at C2C furniture store, due to the fact i stay in a rural town and we don't have all these big furniture store like the big cities and towns.. I called them 4-5 times telling them the problem. All of them said give us 5-10 min we will get a manager to open the card. This is most frustrating and humiliating when standing to pay for an item and the cashier tell you sorry its declined in front of other customers. this is no fault on C2C side but on King Prices side and there inconsideration for their clients. a full fat MINUS100 out of 10 for this pathetic excuse of a company that should hold their clients needs at heart.
