King Price Insurance Incompetence!!!!!!!!

Had a flat Tyre that required emergency assistance as a woman in South Africa. What ****es me off is the lack of urgency your insurance company has. No shame in your horrible service. I prompted the wrong number and a white lady from home assistance answers and tells me I'll have to go back to the prompter instead of directly sending me into the correct division of my emergency. Your app is useless!!! It's meant to assist me and I'm told to leave my location on and yet this "code red" is simply for show. This is not the 1st time I'm having problems with your insurance. I will be looking for a new insurance company. That is why 1st for women is exists because companies like yourselves could not give two ****s about a person's life. I had to find alternative assistance when I just saw the insurance debit from my account.
