King Price Insurance Horror!!!

Lost my car last month, reported it to my insurance. They assigned MOWBRAY HOLLAND the handle my claim. I met Mowbray with my boyfriend who was driving my car at the time. He questioned us and we gave him all the information he required. He then phoned me days later to ask for my parents number and my employer. I provided that for him, he then decided to phone my charity organization instead of my real employer. He then asked to see me again, I invited him to my house. He didn’t come and posted the meeting. He then starts asking questions unrelated to my car loss. He gets personal. I’ve been calling them since last Monday regarding the extension of my car hire, I was never called back till yesterday that he wants to meet me today. Today was a horror because he now tells me that I the numbers I gave him does not belong to my parents and my car does not look like it was forceful taken. And that my story doesn’t add up and he’s gonna report it to the police. And that he doesn’t believe any information I have him. He is now incriminating me if my own car. He said we should drive to my work place I agreed but he now decided not to, I said let’s go to where I work and let’s go to my house. He refused. How does KING PRICE INSURANCE hire such people, he wasn’t interested in helping but rather in making sure that my claim is invalid so he can look like a hero. I will not let this go, it’s all fun when they are deducting money from my account but treat me like a ******** when they are supposed to help me. What a Disgrace!!!
