King price insurance has the worst service.

I have been waiting for the feedback for my house that burnt down on the 13th of March, king price insurance came to me and said I burnt my house and they will give me the report, I have been waiting for the report ever since and I am still homeless with a 4 year old baby, I want to understand how do they sleep knowing that there is a single mother out there with a 4 year old baby who is homeless with no food and no shelter, what would I be benefiting from burning my own house only to be homeless with a child, this is so inconsiderate and they refused to give me temporary accommodation , when you have to pay insurance they are the first people to debit your account but when coming to claims they will send you from 1 pillar to another post. King price is the worst when it comes to service, you have to beg for everything.
