King Price Insurance giving customers false expectations

If you search for TOP Car insurance companies in South Africa, King Price ranks 8th , and the main reason for them to be in the Top 10 if you read the attached, states that and I quote " KING PRICE IS WELL KNOWN AS THE INSURANCE PROVIDER THAT DECREASES THEIR CUSTOMERS PREMIUMS TO ALIGN WITH THE DECREASING VALUE OF THEIR VEHICLE " This is misleading and false advertising.

I have not claimed for over years, but instead of being rewarded, I have been hit with a R100 increase. This should definitely be reported and people should be aware of their false expectations.
