King Price insurance gave me peasant service

King price gave me a giftcard which they said was loaded with my claims money. They said I could use this card any shop in the country. Much to my Surprise go in the card declined two times at pick n pay. I called the number at the back of the card and the lady that I spoke to said this the particular pick n pay had not been added and so I could go back the next day and will not experience the same problem. Only to go back today and faced with the same humiliation. I feel **** to and taken advantage of. If I why I wasn’t given a list of where I could use the card in the first place or better still why I wasn’t given a choice given the circumstances. Ie they took so long to attend to clam and asked to request documents that my service provider no longer issues out.

I am extremely disappointed and embarrassed for me and my family who were there with me.
