King Price Insurance failing to pay a simple claim.

King Price does not want to close a simple glass claim we submitted last week. We are being sent from pillar to post after confirming that the claim was submitted but the windscreen is not repaired.

No communication or feedback at all, I have been following up myself and getting different stories. The information I received today after calling for the 10th time was that for them to process the claim I need to pay access fee money upfront, but how do we even trust them after being told soo many stories.
