Excellent customer service from Laurette ****samy. Really appreciate that she called after hours between 5 and 6pm and didn't interrupt work. Very professional. I do hope that the attendance to and processing of claims (in general) is handled with equal enthusiasm and professionalism. Judging from the many, recent reviews posted, it does appear that KPI is making a concerted effort to raise their reputation. Well Done.
