King price insurance don't take responsibility of the poor workmanship of their service provider.
My car is insured by King price, so when I had an accident they arranged for repairs with one of their service provider. It took about 7 weeks for my car to be repaired and they had excuses about load shedding which I had to believe and understand. They also told me they had to changed the cooling module and condesnser because they had a damage even though they were no leaking.
After getting back my car from repairs I drove it for a week and a half then it started to warn me about engine temperature. I called the insurance and they towed it back to the service provider. The service provider took the car to engine specialist where they found the coolant pipe leaking. The insurance and the service provider didn't want to take responsibility for the repairs for the leaking pipe blaming wear and tear. My question why does this had to happen after they had worked on the cooling system, the pipe that was leaking connects to the condenser and cooling module that was changed? At the current moment I'm stuck without a car becuase I had to buy parts and I need to pay for labour and diagnosis that I don't have money for because I paid access with the money I had.
