King Price Insurance doesn't want to pay out.

My name is Phumzile Madonsela. I took out a car insurance with King Price in April 2014. The car was involved in a road accident in September 2015 & a life was lost. The car was written off & I called the Insurance company (in October 2015) to inform them of this & to submit a claim on the car. I spoke to Ms Mahlodi Mothiba who gave me many uninvestigated reasons for why the insurance company wouldn't be responsible for the claim. After many phone calls, I requested a formal notification and eventually got an email saying I took out the insurance in April 2014 and that there was a judgement in my name in December 2014 & March 2015 & as a result, they wouldn't be liable for the claim. I am not aware of the judgement & she wouldn't tell me what the judgements are & she also stated in the email that the insurance cover became void on the 28th September 2015 & that the company will only refund premiums paid less incurred cost between April 2014 and September 2015. Till date, they are still debiting my account for the monthly premiums. I would like my claims approved in full as the insurance company is trying to swindle me.
