KING PRICE INSURANCE DAMAGES MY NEW KIA

I had my car insured wih King Price insurance since 2018 April. On the 27 December 2018 i damaged my left hand side tyre front and back. while on the road i drove to the nearest garage and replace the front tyre and fixed the back tyre so i could reach my destination. I called KIng Price Insurance . They collected the car on 31 December 2018 an a truck. i received a call to say that i must pay an excess 7500. i felt this was steep as i had replaced the tyre and asked them to cancel the claim. i received my car 11/01/2019. the car does not start, It is not the battery. It is a 2018 Kia bought new from the dealer. it has numerous scratches on the paintwork and the bonnet. A cigarette stub was found in my car as well as a charger that does not belong to me . The right side of the bumper is damaged as well, the water cap is also missing. To date King Price Insurance has not resolved the issue.
