King Price Insurance

I am about to leave King Price Insurance, I took my car for penalbeating at Mustang Auto Body in Benoni. After a week or so they brought my car back and was at home but received by my niece.

I asked her to take pictures on areas I have claimed to be fixed, it was unfortunately it was no fixed they fixed front bumper. I then called penalbeating to find why they fixed front bumper only they said King Price Insurance instructed them to fix only that.

I called King Price Insurance to log complain and they said they investigate now every week I call them to find how far they are all the day the call me now it's a month already i don't get help, but the debit in my account.

So all I want to know is, are they going to fix my car or not then I will take from there otherwise I have to take this to my lawyers and also part ways with them.

It is disappointing how they treat customers as if I skip I sime times skip month, they always find money in my account. It is really not fair to how they deal with this issue. Claim No: CKP ***/1.
