King Price insurance credit profile

Here is what transpired. Last year 2023 (may), I got a quote for vehicle insurance with King Price and was happy with it at the time and took it out. Inception date to be June first with the debit date on the 1 June. A few days after the quote around 25 May, I found a better quote, at another insurer, and explicitly called King price with the cancellation with immediate effect. (which they did). On the 2nd June (stand to be correct), they debited my account and there was not funds available so the debit bounced. They shortly put me on the credit bureau and list me as owing R352 (on my credit profile which currently stands). When I called back multiple times, they said I have a zero balance, they also mention that I still owe R352 when the policy did not even incept(how can your records show multiple conclusions). I have made multiple calls to them to remove me from the credit bureau has gone in vain and my credit profile still indicates I have an active account with King price owing R352! I requested a voice recording (which is my right), and nothing came of it, do you even have this??? This is now effecting my credit profile, I need assist to be cleared ASAP!!!
