King Price Insurance company does not pay out for ****** vehicles.

I think that people need to be aware of an insurance company, namely, King Price Insurance. My bakkie was ****** (Value R120,000 - fully comprehensive insurance) when I advertised it for sale and a woman came into my shop wanting to buy it. I showed her the vehicle, she liked it, and so I put the keys behind my counter whilst we waited for her payment to clear in my account. The shop got busy, I served some customers and when I looked around, the keys and bakkie were missing. She obviously reached behind the counter and stole the keys when I was not looking. The money never arrived in my account. King Price say it is ***** and trickery and they won't pay out anything. How can it be ***** when I did not hand the keys to her? She took the keys without permission, so this is theft. This is a lot of money and most of it was going to be for my retirement, so I am devastated to say the least.
