King Price, ******* insurance company.
I have been a KP client for a year, and on the anniversary of the start of the policy, my monthly premium was increased by R580 pm, which is more than a 30% increase. There is no adequate explanation for this exorbitant increase, and to date, nobody from senior management has called me. I have told them I'll cancel my policy, but they clearly don't care at all.

10 Oct 2024, 08:27Here's the thing, like all insurers, we too need to implement policy rerates to keep up the rising costs of parts, labour rates, repairs, inflation etc... Which even we can't ignore!
