KING PRICE_ INSURANCE COMPANY !!
My car was ****** in February 2015. When reporting the incident to King Price I was told they will send me an email the next day, but of course nobody sent any email, so I had to make phone call after phone call to lodge a claim. refuted the claim stating that my tracker was not activated, yet when taking out the insurance it was good enough to have only a factory fitted alarm. As with all the other complaints on Hello Peter I also did not receive a copy of my policy, and still do not have one. King Price also continues taking their debit order every month without fail. King Price has an internal ombudsman, to assess certain claims, what a joke!!....would he really rule against any decision on a claim within the company he works for?!! reading through the complaints on Hello Peter concerning King Price, it is evident King Price will take your money, quote the best price, then sit back and do nothing.

(Report edited by Hellopeter.com)

The majority of our clients prefer to have their documents sent via e-mail. We have exceptions where clients do not have access to e-mail and then the documents will be mailed via standard postal service. This is problematic as there has been some issues with regards to post countrywide. There is also no obligation on an insurer to post duplicates of documents to an insured that were earlier e-mailed to him.
Keep in mind that the contract between King Price and yourself consisted of the sales conversation, the Schedule documentation and the Policy wording. We have advised in the sales conversation that the tracking device is a condition of cover and this was also repeated in the Schedule. Mrs Claassen has also indicated that she understood and accepted this. The non-compliance with the requirement was also material to the way in which the loss occurred.
The matter was thoroughly reviewed by our internal complaints department and regrettably the decision made by the claims department was found to be correct. Our sincerest apologies that we could not assist in this instance.
Royal regards
