King Price ***/1

I have been a happy KIng Price Customer for close to 9 years now and would like to continue feeling like a King.

However, my claim King Price ***/1 for my policy KP*** has dragged on for too long and the feedback / information I am receiving from my assigned agent is opaque and irregular ( I have to phone and email myself to receive any morsel of information).

My claim was delayed for 2 weeks whereby only a simple email of phone call from the assigned agent to myself to provide additional information would have sufficed only for the claim to be in limbo until I called myself for status update only to be told I was missing a Police Report and Clear DL.

Can someone at King Price with the necessary authority pick up this claim and conclude it either way ASAP ? I either get the claim settled or reject it and give me back the vehicle I repair it myself .

I am tired of waiting and dealing with opaque agents.

I have made several phone phones to claims but the promise to " get back to you" etc is now too much.

King Price: Step up to the plate. Other services like road-site assist have been excellent thus far but now the big one; first claim in 9 years is turning out to be a major pain.
