King Price Insurance claim rejection

King price insurance is a very big ****.

I insured my Toyota Hilux legend 50 which got involved in an accident almost a month ago. They started doing investigations after I logged a claim. Asked too many questions, did interviews, asked for a lot of documents, this list is endless. I could see that they are looking for reasons to reject the claim. Finally they rejected the claim, because they the driver was not insured for business use. I spent over 22k to go fetch the car in Durban, they did not even make an effort to bring the car back to Johannesburg, On top of that, they still debited my account for a car they refused to pay for. What a horrible experience this was…
