King Price insurance cheap lies and incompliant servces

Hi all. Im writing this review to give you as the public a headsup and warning on the King Price insurance procedures short commings and protocols that they work on. I submitted a claim to King price and the report that I gave was taken down incorrectly and names and occurances were not entirely taken down correctly. The whole report was taken down in such a way that one can make an assumption of the training and that this person had, this is the first line of submitting a claim. Thus a claim was submitted as suspicious and settlement delayed unnecessarily. My son was involved in an accident and there was a 7 week old baby injured with skull and head injuries. I tried to get hold of King Price for assistance and towing procedures, as my vehicle that he was traveling in overturned due to a collision from a vehicle that entered his lane from a head on position. I could not get any one from King Price to assist, but the phone lines rang and I was told that my call was important, but not answered. I called back and I was given office hours to call back on. In turn I went on the King Price App and requested roadside assistance and Medical assistance there too, but I was also given the cold shoulder with no answer. Why have this service and advertise this as a benefit , but it is just marketing lies as it does not exist. My son remained on the accident scene whilst his daughter and fiance were rushed through to hospital. The baby was submitted to ICU and only one parent is allowed in with the baby. My son eventually got transport to the hospital at a later stage and joined his daughter, he could only see her briefly as she was receiving medical attention and only one parent was allowed with the baby. He was more worried about the baby than his own injuries and was told that the baby would be transferred to another hospital that same nite as they could not deal with scull injuries there. He spent the nite outside in the parking area, waiting for news on his baby daughters conditions and transportations to the other hospital. This statement was submitted by me and therefore my claim was flagged as suspicious for not being allowed into hospital. Suspicious of what??? Drunken driving???? There was multipile police officers on scene and the thought of DUI was not even in question. If I look at the report that was typed on the King Price system as an accident report, It is clear that a person that was suspected drunk or under heavy medication took down the statement, this resulting in a suspicious claim. This is not the first time that this type of service and suspicious routine was investigated and came up empty handed. Thank God that the baby is fine now after scull constructive surgery was performed at Garden City Clinic and professional doctors and care. People, I know that King Price insurance is cheaper than the others out there, but the service and expertise is also cheap and filled with people that clearly is in that posision not because of their expertise. Think twice as to in who’s hands you would put you life or your loved ones lives in. Till today I have had no explanation other than sorry, we will investigate the absence of medical assistance that was advertised , but not given. Lies, all lies and then they will try to find a missprint somewhere in order not to pay the claim. Be warned about cheap.
