King price insurance bad treatment

I got a very bad treatment from king price insurance,I had a minor accident last year,my car radio sound was affected,I've been battling with them to fix my radio since last year,to this date they have not,I emailed Samu Mbhele,asked her to call me and she never did.The next thing,I got an email from Sonia,saying the car radio was never mentioned during the claim,I asked Sonia to send me the claim recordings,of which she never did but king price in January sent me to Mercedes Benz dealership for them to check the radio ,now Sonia says I never mentioned the car radio during the claim.Last week another lady by the name of Andri from King price called me and she wanted me to take the insurance for the radio. I explained to her what happened and she said she was gonna ask the claim department to call me and I am still waiting. B
