King price insurance bad service and customer neglect

Worst service ever from king price and the thought that I referred my friends and family to them is terrifying. King price has had my car for 5 months now. They dont check the progress of my car or update me, when I call I'm forever on hold then finally when they answer they say a manager will contact me back but never does. Worst of all they have my car but they are still deducting my premiums which I don't understand because they have my car, so what am I paying for? what I'm a insuring? I've spent all my excess money on rental cars since my brother took back his car after 2month of borrowing me. Kin price insurance does not care about they clients and the losses they just chow our monies. Nonsense insurance.
