KING PRICE INSURANCE - APPALING ON ALL LEVELS!
My Husband and my 5 year old little girl had been in an Accident on the 9th of February 2021 around 7AM as heading to School to drop my daughter off. The Driver of the other Vehicle who is insured with King Price had admitted to the accident being he's fault at the scene. The Client had been very helpful and providing necessary information even after the accident. Upon submitting a Third Party Claim to King Price we have only received an answer today from King Price which is 2 months 2 weeks later and unfairly our Claim has been rejected. The person handling the Claim was Dennis Masenya together with he's manager Thabile. By all means this is total unfairness! The Client admits guilt yet the Legal Team at King Price believe otherwise. Clearly their intention was never to pay even when it is fairly due. We have been given a full cost Breakdown which has ended up on a negative figure of which Dennis says there will be no Payment due to us. Our car has been damaged by your Client King Price Insurance, your figures do not change the fact that Damages should be paid for!!! Dennis and Thabile have looked for everyway possible not to pay out this claim and still it doesn't make any sense! The most pathetic service! I will be taking this to every platform possible as well as be taking this matter to court!
A 3rd party claim is a legal process and therefore can be a protracted one hence the timeframe. Should you dispute the outcome of your claim against our client you may contact your own insurer for legal advise.

Regarding time frame, we have been understanding. It is the ridiculous output from your Team that we have received in this time frame that is my concern. Please understand, your Client is not the issue, your Client has been totally a pleasure to communicate/deal with. It is King Price that is the issue and sadly your Client would have to face legal action because of King Price Insurance and the poor decisions made by Dennis Masenya and Thabile. I do not need to contact any insurer for any sort of legal advise, I will contact my Lawyer as this for me is a serious matter and not some sort of child's play.
