King Price Insurance and there approved body shop
Hi all im ***hrodien Jones, my car was involved in a accident on the 9 August 2019 and i summited my accident number to king price. It went in for repairs at AUTOBODYWORKS on 14th October 2019 up until now i haven't received my car and they told me that it will take them 10 to15 working days for them to repair my car. We in 2020 and my car is still with them please help,!!! Its been 5months to date already. IM URGENTLY SEEKING FOR HELP AS IM STILL PAYING ON THIS CAR!!!!

05 Feb 2020, 13:31We’re truly sorry that you’ve been hanging on so long. We agree it’s not cool, and would like to assure you that we’re usually a lot quicker than this. Our SEM department is following up with the service provider and will be in contact with an update.

So my question is the repairs done up to date so far is 53 722rand and still its with Autobodyworks (their approved repair body work shop) and the value of my car is 109 000rand so at what stage will KING PRICE decide to declare my car ride-off or will i have to sit with a problematic car??? Secondly will KING PRICE consider the 5months of my payment while waiting as advance? Or if i skip a months payment will they be lenient towards me. Lastly I've been under enormous amout of stress, mentally and emotionally with it leading to sleepless nights worrying about how this could affect me financially.
