King price insurance abusing us once again
I was involved in an accident, hit from the back and the women who knocked me from the back agreed with her insurance that they will fix my car so I should go and make 3 quotations , I did so, the lowest quote was +-R55k but king price send me final settlement of R30k. And they never explain where should the remaining balance come from.
Please help me

01 Dec 2022, 09:15We would have loved to bring the matter to you but we spoke to Mr Dennis masenya whom we believe he is an employee at king price. His answer to the above question of why are we allocated less than half of the quotation. He is very rude and unprofessional he is tell us to go and negotiate for lower quotation, if we don’t want we can take legal action against him/company. It’s been 4 full weeks of not reaching a fair agreement.
