Treatment of 3rd party claims are terrible. Get quotes yourself, take pictures of car yourself. Emailed it 3 times. They said they did not received the first 2. Received the 3rd email om 29 September. Still waiting for feedback, according to request it will be sometime this week. Consultant at legal department are rude and said that the client comes first because they pay. Hope and pray that a King Price client do not bump into you. It is a nightmare to get your car fixed.
