STOP sending sms's that state that you require the monthly mileage by 20h00 on a certain day in order for the correct debit order to run and when I submit my mileage at 18h54 on the same day YOUR system cannot update the debit order details timeously. Its not your clients problem if you dont have appropriate systems in place!! Just admit that you require the mileage 3 days prior to the debit order date due to your inefficient systems

You must please send us your monthly mileage update in the 3 days before your debit order date. We’ll send you SMS reminders when it’s time for an update. Click here to see how to send your updates. The app will tell you if you’re trying to send your update too early. We’ll also send an SMS to confirm that we’ve received your update. Our sincerest apologies for any confusion in this regard.

24 Mar 2021, 10:13Its amazing how I have previously sent my mileage update a day before the debit order date and have had no issues. Once again STOP sending sms's on the day before the debit order date as your system clearly cannot tell the difference of which day the mileage is submitted. Also stop making up excuses as you go and rather spend the time to get your inefficient system in order. Do not reply to this, I am not in the market for your petty excuses. I have had my say
